Cancellation Policy
Payment Terms 1. Deposit • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your event date. • Payment can be made via credit/debit card, PayPal, or other accepted methods. 2. Final Payment • The remaining 50% balance is due 7 days before the event date. • If the booking is made less than 7 days before the event, full payment is required upfront. 3. Security Deposit (Optional) • A refundable $250 security deposit is required for potential damages or overtime charges. • This deposit will be returned within 48 hours after the event, pending inspection. 4. Cancellation Policy • More than 14 days before the event: The deposit is non-refundable, but it can be applied to reschedule your event within 6 months. • Less than 14 days before the event: No refunds are issued, and the deposit cannot be transferred. 5. Late Payment Fees • If the final payment is not received by the due date, a $50 late fee will be added to the balance. 6. Overtime Charges
