A personalized consultation where we review your space, discuss your cooking + wellness goals, and design the perfect culinary or apothecary herb garden. Your consultation fee is fully applied toward your installation if booked within 30 days.
Cancellation Policy
BOOKING POLICY Booking & Payment All consultations must be booked online and paid in full at the time of booking. Your consultation fee is credited toward your installation if you book your project within 30 days of your appointment. Rescheduling & Cancellations You may reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment at no additional charge. Cancellations made within 24 hours are non-refundable. Missed appointments (“no-shows”) are non-refundable and require a new booking to proceed. Virtual Consultations Please submit your intake form and photos at least 24 hours before your appointment. Ensure you have a stable internet connection. If the intake form is not completed in time, your session may need to be rescheduled. In-Person Consultations Ensure your space is accessible and safe to walk. Secure pets if applicable. Provide gate codes or access instructions in advance. You must be present during the walkthrough.
