Cancellation Policy

Terms and Conditions for Corporate Culinary Workshop Plans 1. Agreement to Terms By booking a corporate culinary workshop with SpiceShip Organics (“Company”), the client (“Customer”) agrees to comply with and be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement. 2. Booking and Payment • Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking to secure the event date. • Final Payment: The remaining balance is due 7 business days prior to the event. • Payment Method: Accepted payment methods include credit card, bank transfer, or other methods agreed upon at the time of booking. 3. Cancellation Policy • Customer-Initiated Cancellations: • Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event will result in a full refund of the balance paid, excluding the deposit. • Cancellations made within 14 days of the event will forfeit the entire amount paid. • Company-Initiated Cancellations: • In the rare event that the Company cancels, a full refund (i
