Sorrento Salt No.2

Sorrento Salt No.2 is not your run-of-the-mill flavored salt. The process of creating this blend is my favorite, for it imparts such an intoxicating scent. We don't just toss all of these ingredients together, we intentionally work with each ingredient in order before gently incorporating the entire blend with the kosher salt. Freshly minced garlic is the star of this blend, and the other ingredients accompany it harmoniously. You can't rush the process of creating Sorrento Salt. From harvesting the herbs from the garden to hand zesting the lemon, this is a total labor of love.

You can take anything that you would flavor salt with and swap it for half the amount of Sorrento Salt No.2. From crusting fish to flavoring rice this salt blend is versatile and flavorful. The aromatics are just...chefs kiss.
